or freshly shucked oysters with saki, mirin & wasabi
• Seafood gratin of crab, haddock, mussels & prawn topped with parmesan & gruyere
• Slow braised oxtail soup with winter vegetables
• Fig, basil, & burrata salad with olive oil & balsamic


•  Whole roast lemon sole with toasted hazelnut & coriander butter, salt hake brandard & buttered leeks
