Jim Coplestone

Catch the fishing bug with Jim Coplestone’s fishing lessons for beginners. Starting with the basics, Jim shows you how to strike a hook, tie a knot, rig up a fishing rod and essentially, look after a fish. Fishing from a peaceful pond just outside Bridport, catching your first carp, roach or rudd is almost guaranteed.

This is the perfect introduction to fishing for all budding Huckleberry Finns. Lessons are designed for children (Jim is a qualified primary school teacher and father of two) but parents and grown-ups are welcome too. Prices start at £20 per child per hour. To book a lesson, contact Jim on 07515 126119.
