Christine Little
Christine has been working in The Bull Hotel’s kitchen since 1989 so has seen many changes over time. It is not an understatement to say that she is part of The Bull’s foundations and we sure do notice it when she’s not here.
Single-handedly she bakes the bread, cooks the breakfast, makes the jams, bakes the cakes, makes the scones …. and that’s all before 10 am! She spends the rest of the day facing an endless stream of washing up and keeping the chefs in the kitchen in check.
