Andy Briggs
Andy joined our team as The Bar and Restaurant Manager having returned from 10 years living in Sydney working in restaurants and ultimately owning his own organic chicken restaurant in downtown Sydney. He brings with him a wealth of experience in hospitality and has the added benefit of also being related to Richard and Nikki Cooper.
